Supervised, evidence-based exercise for low bone mass

ONERO® is a clinically supervised exercise program for people with osteopenia and osteoporosis, delivered at Sunshine Coast Wellness by a licensed Accredited Exercise Physiologist.

Not all exercise is created equal

Bone health deserves more than generic exercise advice. Research has shown that only a certain type of exercise improves bone health. ONERO® is a supervised, evidence-based program designed for people with low bone mass and delivered with clinical oversight.

The award-winning, evidence-based exercise program for osteoporosis

Effective exercise for osteoporosis

A growing body of scientific evidence has demonstrated that ONERO®, supervised, bone-targeted, high-intensity resistance and impact training, reduces osteoporotic fracture risk in postmenopausal women and older men with low to very low bone mass. The program improves bone, muscle and physical function and is safe when supervised.

Fully supervised

A hallmark of the ONERO® program is the requirement for close supervision by trained professionals. Only coaches with the appropriate clinical and exercise expertise are permitted to deliver ONERO® to clients living with osteoporosis.

Includes fall prevention

The risk of osteoporotic fracture is greatly increased in people at risk of falling. ONERO® training improves leg muscle strength and includes exercises to improve balance and mobility, reducing fracture risk both by improving bone and by reducing falls.
