With programs ranging from 5 – 42kms anyone can achieve their goals in realistic time with an expert guidance. Using our gait analysis technology combined with biomechanical expertise we can rebuild a previous runner’s injuries from the ground up or give a beginning runner the best possible head start to their running careers.

Our programs incorporate progressive overload techniques as well as injury prevention and strengthening exercises to improve any runner.
