Our MTB Fit program offers mountain bikers the chance to comfortably climb the steepest fire road and fly down the roughest downhill track. This program is offered in a 5 or 10-week block and customised per the rider’s abilities and goals for the season.

We are also able to customise the program to cater for cross-country, enduro and downhill mountain biking. A combination of both on bike and cross training off the bike will give you the edge that you cannot achieve from purely riding.
